Support Justice-Impacted Families with Pursue It If You Want It.
At Pursue It If You Want It, we understand that incarceration affects more than just the individuals behind bars—it impacts entire families. These families, especially children, are often left to bear the weight of a situation they didn't cause, facing challenges that can seem insurmountable without the right support.
Founded by Bilal Willis, also known as Coach B, Pursue It If You Want It is a Washington State-based nonprofit committed to providing essential support to families impacted by the incarceration of loved ones. With a team comprised entirely of individuals with lived experience, we know firsthand what it takes to overcome these obstacles and rebuild lives.
Our Mission:
Supporting Families:
Families affected by incarceration often need peer support, guidance, and help with basic needs. We're here to ensure they don't face these challenges alone.
Empowering Children:
Children of incarcerated parents deserve every opportunity to succeed. We provide them with the education, mentorship, and resources they need to thrive.
Reentry Support:
Individuals returning home after incarceration require more than just a second chance—they need tools for success. We offer cognitive skill-building, parenting coaching, anger management, employment, and recovery coaching to help them reintegrate and rebuild their lives.
Why We Need Your Help:
Pursue It If You Want It operates with the belief that everyone deserves a chance to pursue a better life, regardless of their past. Your contribution will directly support justice-impacted families and individuals, providing them with the resources and community they need to move forward.
Every donation, big or small, helps us continue this vital work. With your support, we can expand our programs, reach more families, and offer hope where it's needed most.
Join us in making a difference—because when we support each other, we all RISE!!!
