In 2019 Pup and Girl ran from Adelaide to Melbourne to raise the profile of some of the amazing service providers who assist people experiencing homelessness in Adelaide, South Australia.
AND now we are planning to DO IT again - only somewhere different; and a fair bit further - In MAY 2023 Lee-Anne will be running 2600 kilometers from Perth, back home to Adelaide !
because... want to raise as much money as possible to help the Hutt Street Centre, Catherine House, Fred's Van and Orange Sky Australia so that they can continue to provide outstanding service to those who need it.
But we also want to give a voice to those who are experiencing homelessness and challenge the misconceptions that many have about those who are doing it tough.
So...girl (Lee-Anne) will run from Perth city centre in May 2023 to Adelaide city centre over 6 weeks in rain, hail or shine, and pups (Aoife AND Willow) will spend most of their time in the support van joining the run for short bursts as a much needed companions and assistance dogs.
