PULSE Fellows Support Raising 2021-22
From September 2021 to July 2022 young adults will move to Pittsburgh to join PULSE. As you know PULSE cultivates a community of young servant leaders to transform Pittsburgh.
While in PULSE, our fellows SERVE 35 hours a week at a Pittsburgh nonprofit organization, LIVE in intentional community with one another in Pittsburgh neighborhoods and GROW through ongoing training and development to deepen their skills as a serving leader.
Over the past 25 years, over 350 young adults have partnered with 175 Pittsburgh nonprofits, contributing some 500,000 hours of service to the city and its residents. PULSE fellows have started community centers, community gardens, bike co-ops and have beautified spaces in Pittsburgh. They have made significant contributions to expanding the capacity of the nonprofit sector in Pittsburgh.
Each PULSE fellow is working to raise $2500 to assist with their housing, food, transportation and education while in the PULSE program. As a group they hope to raise $55,000 together. Please join us in this important work!
