Puerto Rico Elementary School

I am looking to raise money for a public elementary school called Escuela Vicente Acevedo Ballester in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico. This area was very hard hit by Hurricane Maria last September and the community continues to struggle along the long road to recovery. 

The head of this school has provided a list of much needed basic classroom supplies and a locally run school supply purveyor has priced these supplies and is prepared to deliver for free any that we can raise the money to order. In this way funds raised here will benefit the local community twice.


I would like to be able to have these supplies delivered before the end of the school year on June 8th, so that the teachers can use them to get set up for next year.

Please let the students and teachers of Escuela Vincente Acevedo Ballester know that they are not forgotten!

If somehow we manage to raise funds in excess of our goals we will use them to support one of the other many deserving schools in the area.
