PubCorps

PubCorps is a community creating, reconnecting, volunteer organization. Our organization was formed as a response to an epidemic of loneliness, of anxiety and suicide, and because so many of us feel disconnected from each other. During the time of the pandemic, the economic collapse and social unrest, we have been working on projects that focus on strengthening and supporting our community. We have been contacted by NC Musicians Murals Trail - who are painting murals of our state's greatest musicians. Roberta Flack ("Killing Me Softly") was born in Black Mountain. Black Mountain Brewing is making their wall in the downtown of Black Mountain available. We are supporting and helping to raise $15,000 for this mural. We invite all our friends to have ownership of this - to say I'll help support and fund this. EVERY dollar going to PubCorps this month is going to this mural (and is tax deductible). In small steps and large actions we can come together to make this a better country.
