Hello my name is Jemma and I am raising funds for my mum and dad to go on a well deserved break.

My mum and dad have had a difficult few years and suffer from multiple health problems.

Recently my mum has been diagnosed with lymphoma and will have to undergo 6 months of aggressive chemotherapy.

Four days after we found out my mum had cancer, my dad suffered a near fatal heart attack which he had to have stints put in his heart.

One of his heart valves was so clogged that my dad was told there was a possibility he could have a heart attack on the operating table and not make it.

My parents have been mine and my sisters rock after the last few years and helped me massively move into my new home with my two year old little boy helping me with carpets and all household appliances.

They are have three grandchildren who are their world.

My sister and I cannot put into words how much our parents mean to us and we cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us.

If you would be able to donate even a £1 to send them on a well deserved holiday it would be amazing.

Even if it's somewhere in Scotland or Cornwall, just somewhere they can get away after my mum finishes her treatment.
