The Truth That Needs to be Heard

The truth about the environment my daughters are currently in is disturbing and has been witnessed by others, including his former fiancée. My ex-husband has a history of violence and volatile behavior that the court must fully understand:

He has been the subject of numerous Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) over the years, including one from a neighbor, one from myself, two involving minors, one from a minor’s father, and a recent incident involving his ex-girlfriend.

His former girlfriend was recently granted a Permanent Restraining Order against him.

More recently, he was arrested and charged with rape and partner assault for the abuse inflicted on his girlfriend, which resulted in extensive damage to her arms and shoulders, requiring orthopedic specialists, physical therapy, and eventual surgery.

This pattern of abuse was inflicted on me and our children, and then extended to his ex-girlfriend’s children. Now, with the Attorney General's office getting involved, the tide is turning, and this evaluation is the proof I need.
