<div>Help Jessica Fight for Her Daughters: Fund a Crucial Parenting Evaluation

</div>

<div>The Goal: Secure a Voice for a Devoted Mother

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>My name is Jessica, and for years, I have been fighting a difficult, unfair battle to be a consistent part of my three daughters' lives. This battle has reached a critical, make-or-break moment.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The Montana Attorney General’s office has agreed to prosecute my ex-husband on serious charges, and I have finally been given a chance to participate in a Parenting Evaluation. This evaluation is essential—it is my one chance to present the truth, provide evidence, and ensure the court hears the true story of our family.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The cost of this vital evaluation is $4,000. Without it, I lose my voice and risk losing my relationship with my children permanently. Every dollar raised will go directly to covering this expense.

</div>

</div>

<div>My Story: The Unconditional Love of a Mother

</div>

<div>I was a devoted, stay-at-home mother, pouring my entire heart into raising my children. Since my ex-husband kicked me out of the house and the divorce finalized, everything has changed. I am now working two full-time jobs just to cover my basic needs and afford partial legal representation.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Meanwhile, their father, a former Customs and Border officer, has benefited from free legal representation, leveraging his position to his advantage in court. He has actively worked to alienate me, using lies and threats to instill fear in our daughters.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>The Truth That Needs to be Heard

</div>

<div>The truth about the environment my daughters are currently in is disturbing and has been witnessed by others, including his former fiancée. My ex-husband has a history of violence and volatile behavior that the court must fully understand:

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>He has been the subject of numerous Temporary Restraining Orders (TROs) over the years, including one from a neighbor, one from myself, two involving minors, one from a minor’s father, and a recent incident involving his ex-girlfriend.

</div>

<div>His former girlfriend was recently granted a Permanent Restraining Order against him.

</div>

<div>More recently, he was arrested and charged with rape and partner assault for the abuse inflicted on his girlfriend, which resulted in extensive damage to her arms and shoulders, requiring orthopedic specialists, physical therapy, and eventual surgery.

</div>

<div>This pattern of abuse was inflicted on me and our children, and then extended to his ex-girlfriend’s children. Now, with the Attorney General's office getting involved, the tide is turning, and this evaluation is the proof I need.

</div>

</div>

<div>Level the Playing Field: The $4,000 Evaluation

</div>

<div>This fight is not about money; it is about the unconditional love I have for my daughters and their right to have a healthy, safe relationship with their mother. It is about giving a woman a fighting chance in a system that has been sadly unfair.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>This $4,000 parenting evaluation is the essential key to unlocking my ability to present the full, terrifying truth to the court. It will finally level the playing field against an adversary who has used every resource available to silence me.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>Please help me fund this crucial step.
