My daughter has had a really hard couple of years. Her ex moved her across the county so she would have no support, sold her car to force her to stay home instead of being able to get a job. He sabotaged all efforts she made to get an at-home job. While my daughter was pregnant with a high risk pregnancy he would tell her tell her she was fat and lazy. He's made her so reliant on him so that he could have total control. Fresh out of a C-section, he expected her to cook and clean so he could pay video games after work (even though he had taken time off to be with the new baby and wasn't even working at the time). This isn't new behavior; he did it to the next girl too. So when he moved out to teach her a lesson and didn't pay the rent, she lost the house and her kids. She fell into a huge depression and turned to drugs. After some time, she met a good guy who is helping her turn her life around. She just completed a program that she goes to follow-ups for and is holding down a job. She is trying to get back on her feet now and trying everything to get her kids back. The new girlfriend was taking care of the kids but recently moved out, and now the kids are in an awful environment. The ex does not cook or clean. They need help to get back with their mom. My daughter had an electric bike that she was using to get around until the hotel she was staying at stole it from her room while she was gone. She is relying on help with transportation right now. They can only offer her either transport to the job site or to her appointment to see the kids, so right now she has to choose between work or her babies. She found an apartment that will overlook the eviction if she can put down a decent deposit. We are looking for help with the deposit, first and last month rent, and to get her a used car without payments so she can get to appointments and her job site in the same day so she can care for the kids once she gets them back. She has been living in a long-term hotel, so she will need help with furniture so that she can be a stable home for the kids. We are asking anyone who can help by donating or sharing so she can get her life back together.
