Water: the essence of life, a vital yet often underappreciated resource and a fundamental necessity for all.

As-salaamu'alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu (peace be upon you all).

We are raising £9,900 to construct sustainable water boreholes in three villages in The Gambia—Kanikunda, Kaur, and Sunchu. These boreholes will provide a reliable water source for the communities, support agricultural activities, and promote self-sufficiency and income generation.

To put it into perspective, £1 UK pound equals 84 Gambian Dalasi.

Alhamdul'illaah (all praises to ALLAH), we have been blessed with the support of Crisisaid.org.uk, our UK-based charity partner, who have assisted us in installing four water boreholes over the past three years.
