Phoenix was born in 2017 with a condition called hypoplastic left heart syndrome, since his birth he has undergone 4 open heart surgeries and suffered a heart attack and a stroke, now aged forever 3. He passed away at 7.43 on the 27th May and our hearts are forever broken. We are raising money to make his final Journey amazing and a day to make him proud.
