Hi, my name is Ms. Amy, and I am a high school ESL teacher. Another teacher and myself are putting together this Go Fund Me for a student of ours, who is in a difficult situation. He is seeking sponsorship in the US for a pathway to citizenship. He is currently in need of legal fees, rent, money for his driver's permit, and some living expenses. He is originally from Honduras and would love to see a future in the US. We love him dearly and need you all to understand that he is one of the hardest-working people we have ever met. He has been working since the age of 11 in Honduras, and since he has arrived here, he has been working feverishly, while still showing up for school every day, striving towards his high school diploma. He has also worked so hard on his English, and to say we are proud of him is an understatement. He is here without his parents, and his teachers are the closest things he has to parents in this country. We try our best to help support our students, but this is out of our abilities at this time, so we are reaching out to the larger community. If you would consider donating, this money would go towards to legal fees, rent, groceries, his learner's permit, etc. Anything helps and will be immensely appreciated.
