Providence Kids Bikes

During my time as a senior at Providence college a group of buddies and I noticed a couple neighborhood kids who would always come around. They would show up on these bikes that had no seats, no pedals, that were the wrong size. But they didn’t let this bother them. We said that we had to get these guys right and went out and bought them new bikes so they could ride around in style. Their response and gratefulness was overwhelming. They probably showed back up every day on their new rides until the day we graduated! Now we have to do this same thing but on a larger scale. There are more kids than just a few that could use new bikes, so don’t be cheap! Every dollar donated I will personally match. Then we will hand out the bikes to the kids/community that needs them. #forthekids
