Hi! My name is Caitlin, and I recently went on a two-week volunteer trip to the Akuapem Hills of Ghana to help local school children and their teachers. It was there that I met Reverend Emmanuel and his wife, Elizabeth, whom graciously opened their home to me and 8 other volunteers. However, the Reverend and his wife (and children and grandchildren) do not have running water in their home, which can impede on their health, sanitation, as well as ease of life as they get older. Me and the other volunteers decided to try and help fundraise so that these wonderful people can install running water in their home.
