We are committed to empowering teenage boys in our community who have faced difficult and often heartbreaking circumstances. Many of these young individuals have experienced situations that have shaken them to their core whether it be loss, hardship, or trauma. Our ministry offers a safe, nurturing environment where they can find healing, mentorship, and life skills that will help them build brighter futures.

Hi, I’m Darnell Reynolds, a Veteran of the U.S. Army, a Behavior Modification Specialist with 10 years experience, a lifelong mentor with 28 years of experience, a former educator of 10 years, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with full administrative credentials. I’m also an American State National, grounded in principles of sovereignty, purpose, and spiritual alignment.

Through every chapter of my life, whether leading in uniform, guiding students in classrooms, or mentoring youth in the streets, I’ve witnessed the power of transformation when individuals are seen, heard, and supported.

That’s why I founded Now We Rise Ministry.

We are raising $2,500,000.00 to fund five critical projects, essential initiatives that will elevate consciousness, support healing, and build lasting change traveling across regions throughout the East Coast, Midwest, and beyond:

1. Dope Soul Mentoring: Awaken Purpose. Reclaim Identity. Lead with Light.

Dope Soul Mentoring isn’t just a youth program, it’s a calling. Born from decades of mentorship in classrooms, courtrooms, and street corners, this initiative is a spiritual and emotional blueprint for young men ages 13–18 who are gifted but grieving, brilliant but broken, present but lost.

We meet young men where they are often labeled “at risk” or “underperforming” and remind them of who they truly are: kings in the making. Through healing, identity work, and leadership development, we guide them to awaken their purpose, reclaim their worth, and lead their lives with light.

Core pillars of our work include:

• Identity Activation – Helping young men uncover who they are beyond labels, trauma, and societal expectations.

• Emotional Intelligence & Trauma Recovery – Creating safe spaces for healing, emotional regulation, and accountability.

• Spiritual Grounding & Sovereignty – Rooting them in faith, inner authority, and divine alignment.

• Leadership & Legacy Development – Training youth to be visionary leaders and mentors in their communities.

We will be actively expanding Dope Soul Mentoring into schools, transforming classrooms into sacred spaces of purpose and healing. Our school based initiative includes weekly mentoring circles, trauma informed curriculum, peer accountability, and family engagement filling the gap traditional education often misses.

To launch The Oasis Rise House: Sanctuary of Sovereigns, a permanent home for our youth mentoring work, while continuing to serve in schools, juvenile centers, churches, and online spaces across the nation.

At Now We Rise Ministry, we are launching transformational mission trips for teen boys (ages 13–18) from underserved communities, youth who have experienced trauma, instability, and spiritual disconnect. These journeys aren't about "saving" anyone, they're about awakening sovereignty, restoring inner power, and igniting purpose.

Led by a U.S. Army Veteran, educator, and trauma informed mentor, our trips include:

An Educational Cruise (Summer 2026): A life changing voyage blending spiritual growth, leadership training, financial literacy, cultural exploration, and mentorship, all aboard a floating classroom visiting ports of purpose.

️Annual Outdoor Camping Trips: Nature based retreats where young men reconnect with their strength, brotherhood, and emotional intelligence.

️Legacy Tours in the Deep South: Powerful pilgrimages through African American history, helping youth inherit identity, resilience, and spiritual pride.

Optional College Exposure: Campus visits to inspire future paths, whether college, trades, entrepreneurship, or ministry.

The Youth & Young Adult Empowerment Gala Weekend is a transformative two day experience designed to empower two generations:

• Teen Boys and Girls (ages 13-17): Facing the challenges of survival, identity, and purpose in today’s world.

• Young Adults (ages 18-33): Many are parents or fighting past struggles, but all are filled with untapped potential.

This weekend will:

• Expose them to powerful stories of resilience and success.

• Equip them with mentorship, healing, and entrepreneurial tools.

• Elevate their vision of themselves from trauma to leadership.

Every young life has divine value. With the right guidance and support, these teens and young adults will rise to lead, create, and impact their communities.

Day 2: Rise in Action + Empowerment Gala

• Rise in Action: A fun filled day of sports, games, and connection where mentors and youth come together in unity and joy.

• Healing & Empowerment Spaces: Mental health support, mentorship, and workshops focused on identity, leadership, and wellness.

The Gala: A Celebration of Legacy & Transformation

The evening will honor young lives that have overcome adversity. Red carpet arrivals, inspirational performances, and a keynote address on the power of choice will highlight the transformative journey from pain to power. This is more than a gala; it’s a celebration of limitless potential.

Silent Auction: Purpose Driven Giving

4. Transportation for Local Youth Outreach: A Vehicle for Healing, Freedom, and Opportunity

At Now We Rise Ministry, we serve teenage boys from underserved communities, young men who carry the weight of trauma, poverty, and generational adversity. These youth have incredible potential, but too often, they’re cut off from opportunities that could change their lives simply because they lack one basic thing: transportation.

We’re raising funds to purchase 2 21–24 passenger minibuses that will provide safe, consistent, and empowering transportation to mentorship programs, college tours, retreats, service projects, and more. For many of these teens, this vehicle will be their first step beyond the limits of their neighborhood and the first glimpse of what’s truly possible for their future.

Why It Matters:

These young men want to grow. They want to attend leadership events, spiritual retreats, job fairs, and empowerment workshops. But without access to transportation, they’re left behind, isolated not by ability or ambition, but by logistics.

Our Solution:

A ministry owned minibus will allow us to:

• Safely transport youth to Now We Rise programs and events

• Run after school pickups for mentoring and educational support

• Take teens on college visits, weekend retreats, and mission trips

• Reach out directly to youth in crisis or in need of immediate support

• Bring our mobile ministry into schools, communities, and even street corners where hope is needed most

This bus is more than a mode of travel, it’s a mobile sanctuary, a symbol of access, hope, and transformation. It will be equipped with safety features, storage, supervised rides, and space for faith based and educational materials. Branded with our message, it will be a moving testimony of what community care and vision can accomplish.
