Aspen Counselling Services Lucan is a confidential, private not for profit counselling and psychotherapy service located in Lucan, Co. Dublin since 2001.

We endeavour to provide a professional quality Counselling and Psychotherapy service to our clients and a supportive, safe, cooperative environment for all therapists.

The ethos of Aspen is one of community, equality, partnership, caring and nurturing. Our purpose is to provide a safe, confidential space whereby individuals, children, and couples may engage in a therapeutic process where they can realise their own potential and are empowered to find solace, peace and understanding within their own lives through the work they do within Aspen Counselling Services.

Aspen Counselling Services is informed by best practice of IACP, IHIP, IAPTP, IPTA, health and safety legislation and child protection.

Aspen has been working on providing alternative ways to help creative minds connect in a non-therapeutic way by creating the "Connect Factor", a platform for creatives and supporters of artistic expression via music, song and the spoken word. The open mic is aimed to support self-efficacy and its importance in our community.

The aim of our go fund me page is to raise enough funds to provide free sessions to the most vulnerable people in our community that require urgent intervention. We have set our goals at 100 free sessions to start.
