This vital project aims to install an integrated solar energy system to operate a water well in Gaza, providing a sustainable source of clean water for over 10,000 beneficiaries. This initiative responds to the increasing challenges in water provision in the region, where residents suffer from a severe shortage of clean water due to difficult conditions and exorbitant fuel costs.

Project Objectives

* Provide a sustainable source of clean water using clean solar energy.

Cost Details

* Solar Energy Device okw: One device at a cost of 7,000 NIS (1,944.4 USD).

* 500-Watt Solar Energy Panels: Ten panels at a total cost of 66,000 NIS (18,333.3 USD), where each watt costs 12 NIS.

* 200 Ampere Batteries: Four batteries at a total cost of 32,000 NIS (8,888.9 USD).

* 10 mm Power Cable: 60 meters at a total cost of 900 NIS (250 USD).

* Electrical Cable from Device to Submersible: 30 meters at a total cost of 300 NIS (83.3 USD).

* Protection Panel: One device at a cost of 600 NIS (166.7 USD), including a protection system for the device.

* Installation Fee: 1,500 NIS (416.7 USD), including some transportation.

* Transportation and Imaging: 1,500 NIS (416.7 USD), including transportation of the device and panels by truck.

Total Project Cost: 109,800 NIS (30,500 USD).
