UPDATED!!!!

The San Marcos Blanco African American Cemetery Association, an unincorporated group of concerned citizen volunteers have secured the San Marcos Blanco Cemetery (SMBC) gate with your donations.

We are now in Phase II of our efforts to secure and restore the site. The following are our goals.

(1) Purchase and install the Texas Historical Marker destroyed by vandals

(2) Purchase and install solar lighting in the four corners of the property.

(3) Purchase and install night vision camera system to monitor ingress and egress on cemetery grounds.

(4) Identify, repair, replace collapsed, damaged or stolen grave markers

This fundraiser does not end. We will continue to update our donors on the progress.
