The Mission

My name is Heaven-Marshay Holt. I am a living woman, a conscious mother of three, and the lawful guardian of my daughter, Nevaeh-Naomi Nash.

For over a year, I have been representing myself in an ongoing legal battle — a court case that was initiated without jurisdiction and rooted in coercion, not consent. I’ve submitted lawful affidavits, documented violations, and stood firmly on my rights — all while shielding my daughter from the emotional, psychological, and spiritual harm being waged against us. One that I did not initiate, but one I will finish to protect my child. This journey has included:

Challenging unlawful court jurisdiction

Submitting notarized affidavits of truth, ownership, and due process

Filing federal-level complaints and violations against agencies and institutions who’ve ignored my rights

Enduring repeated CPS visits, police involvement, and surveillance — all without any lawful basis

I have done it all — with no attorney, no state support, and often, no external financial help.

But I have never wavered.

What This Fund Supports

Every dollar donated will be used for:

· Notarizations for lawful affidavits

· Certified mailings & priority shipping to courts, agencies, and federal departments

· Printing costs for court-required documentation

· Filing fees and future public record preservation

· Emergency protection filings and lawful rebuttals

I’ve shared parts of this journey through my videos, not to trend — but to testify. Because this system needs to be seen. And those who are fighting to survive within it deserve to be supported.

This is not about asking for sympathy. This is about securing visibility and resources to continue lawfully protecting my daughter from systemic negligence and spiritual harm.

Why This Matters

The system has tried to punish me for being present.

It has protected an absentee parent while dismissing the mother who’s done all the work. I’ve been ignored, threatened, and criminalized — for doing nothing but honoring my child and standing in truth.

This is bigger than one case.

It’s about breaking cycles, reclaiming guardianship, and dismantling generational harm through legal, spiritual, and commercial truth.
