Protecting Jenkintown Students' Health

After exhausting all attempts to have the Jenkintown School District School Board, the Superintendent Dr Jill Takacs, and the Jenkintown Borough Council conduct soil samples of the school grounds I’ve taken it upon my self to submit samples from 6 locations most concerning to me. The playground area, the elementary school baseball field, the elementary school basketball court, the football field, the high school baseball field, and the front entrance to the elementary school.

I’m willing to foot these costs myself for piece of mind for the safety of the students and faculty, but since so many members of the community have reached out to me personally I thought this was the best course of action moving forward. The total cost of a full spectrum test for Heavy Metals, PCB’s, Dioxins/Furans and SVOC’s is $1079.00 plus $14.00 for glass specimen jars. If you would like to donate, great. It would help the burden of a community member and father of 2 children in the school who already pays enough in taxes to the school and borough.

The donations will be capped at that amount since that is my total costs. if you have any questions about the testing company please contact me personally.
