My name is Kim and I’m a resident of Ashville, OH. I am raising funds to help cover attorney fees and legal costs for community members engaged in legal matters related to a proposed industrial development in Ashville , Ohio.

Ordinary citizens are paying out of pocket for legal representation. No funds will benefit the organizer . In the event that funds raised exceed what is needed, or that any legal matters conclude with funds remaining , all unused funds will be used for one of more of the following :additional legal costs related to the proposed development , community education and outreach efforts , returned to donors on a pro-rata basis at the organizer’s discretion , or donated to the Ashville Food Pantry .
