The state of Wisconsin has passed a law that will ban 99% of the vapes on the market effective 9/1/2025. Big Tobacco successfully lobbied to create a monopoly on their vape items in Wisconsin. Starting 9/1/2025, the only vapes you will legally be able to buy are Vuse (RJ Reynolds), Njoy (Altria), Marlboro Heatsticks (Philip Morris), and Logic (Japan Tobacco).
