To protect our homeless neighbors from the cold this winter, my friends and I want to purchase 800 hand warmer 2-packs and at least 800 pairs of socks, more if possible. These would be distributed at a rate of 40 per week for 20 weeks. The distribution would occur at Community Coffee Hour, a weekly sharing of coffee and breakfast in defiance of the exclusion of the homeless from society. Please consider supporting this effort. These items are life changing and sometimes lifesaving.
