My name is Jonatan, I’m currently 18. I lost my father when I was 15, leading my mom to be the one and only provider for me, my brother (20), and my younger sister (15) .She always made sure food was on the table, made sure we kept up with school, stayed out of trouble, built our morals and ethics, helped us become well-rounded and successful, and always gave back whenever possible.

I was on my way to my college orientation when we got pulled over because of the beam lights being too bright. My mom was in the backseat while my brother was driving, everything was good until they told my mom and brother to step out the vehicle, she was later detained and taken away without any reason given. I ended up going to my orientation alone and couldn’t even hug my mom goodbye.

She’s currently facing deportation and we need as much help as possible to keep her. Anything helps. The money will go towards attorneys, her bond, and helping around with rebuilding as it's only me, my brother, and younger sister living on our own.
