Protect Our Community Group

Since the breakout of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have learned from friends in healthcare that they often go to work without sufficient personal protective equipment. Meanwhile, so many senior citizens desperately need a mask to protect themselves when they have to go out for doctor appointments or for grocery shopping. To provide PPE to our healthcare workers, senior citizens and other people in need to protect them from COVID-19, Adam Kipp, Vijay Dasari, Julia Kipp, Haoxuan Hu and friends started the Protect Our Community Group. 

This initiative has received tremendous support from many friends who generously donated the first batch of PPE for the Protect Our Community Group to distribute. We have reached out to hospitals and people in the community. So far, we have donated 6000 masks, 2000 gloves, 600 surgical caps, bottles of disinfectant sprays, and many face shields and goggles to 20+ hospitals, 40+ senior citizens and many people in need across 15 towns in 2 states. The group now has an even longer list of requests to fulfill but is running out of supplies.
