Protect Batavia Township: Stop Overdevelopment!

Donation protected
We are a group of neighbors who live in Batavia Township, Clermont County Ohio. M/I homes is asking the township for permission to build a subdivision at the corner of State Route 222 and Chapel Rd on land which is currently agricultural.

The property owners who live in the area are fighting against this proposed development. We want to preserve the traditional feel of this township that we love - larger lots with higher quality homes. We are asking for donations to cover legal expenses. If the trustees approve the plan, M/I homes would build 267 homes on 117 acres of farmland. We are ready to fight this development to the bitter end and your financial support is greatly appreciated! Please help us keep another poorly constructed subdivision from taking over our traditionally agricultural community.

Any unused funds will be donated to the Tri-State First Responder Peer Support team. This organization helps first responders and military here in Clermont county cope with their struggles with PTSD, suicide, alcohol and drug abuse.
