My name is Chris Van Houten, the founder of Mission Medic, Inc. A few years back, I set out on a journey with some of my EMS colleagues. The idea was to garner unique experiences while assisting underserved Emergency Service departments throughout the world. One of the amazing locations we visited was Antigua, Guatemala.

The awareness began with a "Vice" documentary and a Facebook introduction. To date, we have made thousands of dollars in Emergency Medical equipment donations and actually rendered patient care in multiple locations! A positive, life-altering experience for all.

Today, we have raised the bar and your help is necessary to achieve this goal.

"Bomberos Municipales La Antigua" needs help defending their breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage Site, the oldest Catholic settlement in Central America, Antigua, Guatemala! A newer Fire Engine is necessary to keep this historic city safe. We are able to procure a lightly used Engine from a Fire Department on Long Island, NY that would meet the needs of the "Bomberos Municipales La Antigua" Fire Department. ALL, I repeat, ALL monies raised will be utilized to assist "BMA", and NO administrative fees are being taken from these donations. We need approximately $30,000 to achieve this goal.

Please feel free to message with questions, and I look forward to any assistance you can provide us to achieve this goal!
