Every day, disinformation floods our feeds — false claims designed to confuse voters, undermine elections, and corrode trust in democratic institutions. And right now, there is no scaled, rapid-response infrastructure to fight back with facts in real time. That's what Protect American Democracy (PAD) is building.
PAD is a nonpartisan civic organization dedicated to countering disinformation, protecting the integrity of democratic elections, and raising public awareness of how our information environment has been deliberately corrupted.
