Our project is to collaborate with the Crystal Academy to promote understanding and inclusion of children with autism. We will create a children's book and sensory materials that teach and encourage friendship-building skills. Through our partnership with the center, we hope to learn directly from their community, gain insight into their experiences, and ensure our book reflects real-life perspectives of children with autism.
