Project InPower

Hi! We are Aria and Ashley, founders of Project InPower, where we bring yoga, martial arts, and meditation to victims of sexual trafficking. Aria is a certified yoga instructor, and tae kwon do student. Ashley is a tae kwon do instructor, black belt, and yoga student. We hope to use our experience and talents to provide survivors with the tools and support to gain physical and mental strength as well as re-establish a sense of trust and safety in their bodies through this program. However, in order to conduct our classes, we need your help with supplies! We are in need of yoga mats, kicking paddles, etc, so please consider donating to help us with this mission!
