Project Gaza... Preparation of the 2000 km run.

I'm Tauqeer Khan, seventeen years of age, from Bihar, one of the poorest states in India. I am not from a privileged background, yet I've always dreamt of helping those in need, whether my family, friends or anyone else worldwide. Over the past few months, the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Palestine has deeply impacted me.

I will run 2000 kilometres to raise a million dollars for the people of Palestine. I am keen to do an online fundraiser and I believe it can be successfully achieved and will go towards bringing a little hope for the suffering innocents. I will film the thirty consecutive days of my run and create motivational and thought-provoking documentaries on my YouTube channel to raise awareness of the project.

I will start from New Delhi and run all the way to Chennai. Once I reach there, I will approach several businesses to donate to this cause. I want to raise $1 million, primarily by being on the frontline, but also with the help of a team of supporters and well-wishers to this cause.

I'll interact with thousands of people along the way, many more online, and raise the funds.

Why am I doing this?

Because, I cannot be a silent spectator. I believe in the power of unity and the strength of the collective, to be a voice against this human rights tragedy.

The situation in Palestine is heart-wrenching and needs our support. It's time we stand together to make a difference. But I can't do this alone—I need your support. You can help me amplify my dream, and be part of the team.

What is this fundraiser for?

Before I start the run, I need to purchase the tools and equipment that allow me to undertake my dream of raising $1 million which will be donated via UNRWA to assist with aid in Gaza.

Funds raised here will go towards the purchase of film gear -GoPro, a mirrorless camera, microphone, running shoes, gimble/tripod, LED panel, and memory cards. I also need to purchase running shoes, a sports watch etc.

I also need to get on board an editor/camera person who will be on the road with me for the whole duration of thirty days.

The idea is simple, to raise a million dollars for Gaza and I am putting in all my energies and efforts to make this a reality. Join me on this journey and let's make this happen. Let's run for Peace in Palestine!
