Project Amigo Annual Fiesta week for the Children

Many children who are living in poverty in the town of Suchitlan, Colima, Mexico would not have Christmas if it wasn’t for the support of volunteers and supporters of Project Amigo.

Our goal is to give a brighter future - through education - to these children who would otherwise be working in the sugar cane fields or the berry patch at the age of 10-12.

Our annual Christmas Fiesta week is an opportunity to provide the 300 children in our Elementary School Program with a new pair of shoes, a set of clothes, a book, a toy, a visit with Santa and a fiesta, something their parents would not be able to afford.
