Training Caregivers. Transforming Futures
Every day in Bangladesh, women like **Farzana** and **Nasima** dream of a better life — not of luxury, but of dignity and opportunity.
**Farzana (22)** once worked in a factory earning less than $2 a day. Her father was ill, her mother struggled to feed the family, and hope felt distant. Then she found Project SheCan — a place where she could learn, grow, and rebuild her confidence.
**Nasima (26)** is a single mother. When her husband abandoned her, she was left alone with a young child and no means to survive. Her dream is simple: to give her daughter a safe childhood and a better future. Now, through Project SheCan, she’s training to become a Certified Caregiver — someone who helps patients, elders, and families in need with compassion and skill.
The Solution
Project SheCan is a 30-day residential training program for 50 underprivileged women like Farzana and Nasima.
It provides:
✅ Professional caregiving skills (patient handling, elderly care, hygiene, first aid)
✅ Safe housing and nutritious meals
✅ Life skills and financial literacy
✅ National certification through the Skills Development Centre (SDC)
✅ Job placement support after graduation
This is not just training.
It’s a path to dignity, independence, and a future filled with compassion.

- $10 Provides two days of nutritious meals for one trainee.
- $25 Covers a training uniform and caregiver starter kit (PPE, ID badge, learning materials).
- $50 Ensures three days of safe residential housing with utilities and security.
- $125 Funds one full week of professional caregiver training, meals, and lodging.
- $405 Fully sponsors one woman for the entire 30-day Certified Caregiver Program — including meals, accommodation, materials, and certification.
- $20,250 Funds the entire pilot program for 50 caregivers, transforming 50 lives and strengthening community healthcare.
