This December, I’m taking on a challenge of completing 1000km in one month to support The Trussell Trust, a charity working to make sure people facing struggles can have access food when they need it.

 Food banks are under huge pressure, and more families than ever are struggling. Together, we can help provide emergency food and support for people going through a tough winter.

 This year, I’ve introduced something new: Anyone who joins me for a run ,any distance, any pace ,will have their kilometres added to the total. It’s about community, raising awareness, and pushing for change together.

 Your donation, no matter the amount, genuinely helps. It goes toward supporting people who need it most. I’ll be out there every day in December, rain or cold, pushing forward so families in crisis can receive help when it matters.
