New orphanage construction project, Kenya

What is love? Love is a feeling that we have inside, and there’s nothing more wonderful then expressing our love.
After dealing with some emotional wounds, I decided to pursue another life in the Orphans’ Dreams center, located in Likoni, in the Mombasa district of Kenya, which offers a haven for children without parents or with difficult family situations.
The orphanage is being run from a rental property, which needs continuous repairs and is not large enough to bring in more children and deal with the increasing requests for help.
Our dream is to build a new orphanage to:
- Guarantee that our children can live in a suitable home, far removed from criminality
- Run a farm, instilling in them a love for the land and animals and creating a self-sustaining center (providing job opportunities for them as future adults)
- Manage their emotional needs so that they can develop a healthy and balanced personality, providing them the tools to contribute to society as adults
The land has already been purchased; we need YOU to help the construction take off. We will make sure you are participating in every step to realize this new Orphan’s Dreams center.

Cos’è l’amore? L’amore è un sentimento che abbiamo dentro e non c’è cosa più bella che donarlo.
Dopo aver affrontato le mie ferite emotive, ho deciso di vivere un’altra vita al centro Orphans’s Dreams, situato a Likoni, nel distretto di Mombasa, in Kenya, che accoglie bambini orfani o con situazioni familiari disagiate.
L’attuale struttura è in affitto a un canone alto, necessita di riparazione continue e non è sufficientemente ampio ad accogliere un maggior numero di bambini e le innumerevoli richieste di aiuto.
Il nostro sogno è costruire un nuovo orfanotrofio per:
- Garantire ai nostri bambini di vivere in una struttura adeguata, in un contesto lontano dalla criminalità;
- Avviare una fattoria, insegnando loro l’amore per la terra e gli animali e creando un centro autosostenibile (dando loro la possibilità di un futuro lavoro all’interno);
- Migliorare la loro qualità di vita;
- Gestire i loro bisogni emotivi affinchè sviluppino una personalità sana ed equilibrata, per riprodurla nel loro futuro da adulti.
Il terreno è già stato acquistato, abbiamo bisogno di VOI per avviare i lavori di costruzione. Vi renderemo partecipi di ogni progresso per la realizzazione del nuovo centro Orphans’s Dreams.
