Pro bono representation of Houston protestors

This is to help fund the legal representation of protestors in Houston who should not have been arrested. #GeorgeFloyd

Just to add some information, my name is Eric Sundin, and I am a criminal defense attorney based out of Houston, Texas. I was born and raised in San Antonio but came to Houston for law school and fell in love with the city. 

When funds are withdrawn, they will be withdrawn to my client trust account. All of the money raised will cover any costs that arise in the representation of clients who were arrested for protesting in Houston during the #GeorgeFloyd protests. Once the funds are withdrawn to my client trust account, I will only use them to reimburse clients for any costs that they incur as a result of their arrest, their having to show up to court, or any other costs that arise in the furtherance of the defense of their criminal cases.  None of the funds will be used in lieu of a fee arrangement, and as a result, I will not be using the funds to pay myself a flat fee or any kind of hourly rate for my representation of clients. 

Furthermore, any unused funds from this gofundme will be donated to Houston-area legal aid services.
