Private Parking unfair charges UK support & advice
Donation protected
I support people to appeal unfair parking charges from private parking companies.
Any donation will be used to cover my travel to court cases and to pay for useful court transcripts when consumers win, and if necessary barrister and other costs where required.
This is not legal advice. I am not legally qualified, nor do I run any business nor charge fees for what I do. I also help write defences challenging parking firm court claims in England & Wales. This is in my own time, to assist consumers who feel intimidated by this rogue industry.
In the first year I raised some £900 which was put to very good use in 2020, with hundreds of people assisted by direct contact and thousands assisted by my advice on online parking forums such as pepipoo and MSE.
This platform is purely for fundraising to support what I do, and I can't answer questions here. If you have received a private 'parking charge' or a court claim from such a firm, please seek free help on one of the online forums mentioned above.
There is no risk to your credit as long as you don't ignore a court claim and follow all deadlines.
