Eagle Scout Project: Privacy Fencing for Veterans at Fifth Street Ministries – Statesville, NC

My name is Bryony Goforth, and I am a Life Scout from BSA Girl-Troop 1314.

As part of my Eagle Scout project, I am raising funds to build privacy fencing around the tiny home community for veterans at Fifth Street Ministries in Statesville, NC. These brave men and women have found temporary housing through Fifth Street Ministries' incredible program, but their outdoor spaces currently lack the privacy and security they deserve. The goal of this project is to provide veterans with a safe, private space to relax and decompress and to help them build a stronger sense of community.

All funds raised will go directly toward materials, including fencing, hardware, and supplies. The labor will be provided entirely by me, my Scout troop, and community volunteers. Any additional funds will be donated for future projects with Fifth Street Ministries and Troop 1314.
