Pride to Pride TV

Pride to Pride is a personal project I'm launching to document, amplify, and support LGBTQ+ communities across Eastern Europe—places where Pride is still fragile, emerging, or under threat. I’ll be travelling to 8 countries this June and July, attending multiple Pride events on back-to-back weekends, often needing to be in two places at once.

Through interviews with local activists, community members, and allies, along with footage of the Pride marches and the history behind them, I’ll create 35-minute episodes for YouTube. These stories matter—and too often, they go unheard.

Many of our queer siblings in these regions still face fear, isolation, and government resistance. Pride here isn’t a celebration—it’s a brave act of resistance. And I believe those stories must be seen, shared, and supported.

This GoFundMe is the starting point to help kick off the project. I’m trying to raise €3,500 in 30 days to cover just the basics: flights, transport to and from airports, two nights’ accommodation in each city, and essential equipment to film everything solo.

Every euro will go directly into ensuring that these stories are told with respect, care, and visibility.
