Help me prevent a contempt charge

I am hesitant to even start this as it may seem attention getting or sympathy seeking when neither are the case. This campaign is to document the extreme injustice of the family court system and document malicious actions taken against me. I need your help to avoid a contempt charge and the possibility of being arrested and going to jail if found guilty.
As most know, I left my professional position for personal reasons to move across country to be close to a much needed family support system. These personal reasons included having no support system and the extreme mental duress of not being a father was having a very negative impact on my life . For my personal health, I needed to make a positive change.
The day I resigned (early March), I notified the domestic realtions department informing them of the change of employment status. I believed this would result in a temporary reduction in my child support until I was employed again. I did have a part time position as a security guard that I kept until I moved in late April.
At the modification conference (late March), my support was INCREASED despite having only part time income! The increase was due to having to reimburse 50% of the health insurance costs. My questions of how I was expected to pay more while having less income were ignored and became voiceless protests. Since then, I have had 50% of my wages garnished but have fallen behind in my support. I believe the support level to be unreasonable and unjust, but my objections are ignored. It seems I was set up to purposefully fail.
Early this morning (5/5/16), I received a phone call from a support officer in domestic relations. I was told I had to pay 100% of my support for May to avoid a contempt charge. I told them I have been and will continue to pay support as soon as I have income and I told him about my new job. I start a new position on 5/6. The officer stated if I don't pay the month of May in full, a contempt charge would be filed and a bench warrant would be issued. I asked what that meant and he stated I would be arrested and placed in jail.
Yes, you read that right, I was threatened with jail time if I don't pay 100%! What private company can throw you in jail for not paying your entire debt despite making partial payments at 50% of your income? Is this threat and action debtor's prison? How is throwing an employed father with 50% of his wages garnished justice? How is this threatened action against me in the best interest of my children? I have done everything required of me. I believe I am being maliciously targeted.
100% of these funds will go to my child support obligation and prevent the contempt charge from ever being filed. Thank you!
