While volunteering at our local museum, I noticed there was very little representation of scouting and its impact on our community. As someone who has experienced firsthand how meaningful scouting can be, I realized this was an opportunity to give back and honor the legacy of scouts past and present. That’s when the idea for a dedicated scouting exhibit was born—a place where anyone who has been involved in scouting can look back and remember their experiences, and where new families can learn about the values and adventures that scouting offers.

This project is about more than just memorabilia; it’s about celebrating the spirit of service, leadership, and friendship that scouting brings to our lives. By creating this exhibit, we hope to inspire pride in our community’s scouting history and encourage more kids and parents to get involved. The funds raised will go directly toward setting up the exhibit space at the museum, ensuring that the stories and achievements of local scouts are preserved for generations to come.
