Preserve Nustalgia:NUFACE HipHop Collection needs a nu home
Donation protected
I’m NUFACE. I collect hip-hop history — now I need help preserving it.
For years, I’ve curated one of the largest, most personal hip-hop archives in the South. From Outkast to Kanye, from Scarface to Killer Mike — I’ve documented, preserved, and shared the culture through my project NUFACE Was There. My collection has been featured at major events like the 85 South Show, Rock The Bells Cruise, and the Fox Theatre.
Now, I’m being forced to move.
My apartment complex is undergoing renovations and has declined to renew my lease. I must relocate by July 31.
This isn’t just about moving myself — it’s about preserving a living museum of hip-hop. I need help with:
• First/last/deposit for a new space
• Packing & moving my collection
• Short-term storage or temporary housing
I’m calling on the culture. If my work has inspired, educated, or entertained you, please consider supporting this mission.
If you can’t give, please share or suggest resources.I’m willing to accept collaborations with brands for help as well.Together, we can protect this archive for future generations. I will be documenting this process for my film as well.
NUFACE Was There… and with your help, he still will be.
✊ Thank you.
