Help Precious Heal and Rebuild After Betrayal & Divorce

Hi, I’m Precious — a mom of four, a small business owner, and a content creator sharing my journey through motherhood, healing, and self-love.

Last year, I left my corporate job to focus on my mental health and pursue my dream of building a small business. I believed in the promise of healing, stability, and a brighter future for my family. But recently, everything changed.

I discovered that my husband of 7 years (together for 12) has been having an affair with someone incredibly close to me—my first cousin, my best friend, someone I considered a sister. The betrayal has shaken me to my core. Not only has this devastated me emotionally, but it has also left me financially vulnerable.

Before this, I gave everything to build our life. I trusted him with my savings. I handed over my entire 401(k) to help pay off his child support debt for his adult children, believing it would lighten the load for our family. I never imagined he would take from me — emotionally, financially, and spiritually — while giving gifts and money to someone I loved like blood. Meanwhile, he watched me go to food pantries weekly.

Now, I’m starting over with almost nothing.

I’ve begun trauma therapy and leaned into my faith, but healing takes time, courage—and resources. I’m also raising four beautiful children who deserve joy this summer, even while their world is changing, too. Right now, I need help covering:

Legal fees for divorce

Trauma therapy 3x a week

Summer activities and fun for my children

Basic living expenses while I work to rebuild my business

I’ve built a supportive community online by showing up authentically—sharing the highs and the lows of life, motherhood, and growth. But lately, the pain has kept me quiet. I haven’t been able to post because I can’t keep pretending I’m okay.

But today, I’m showing up. For me. For my kids. For anyone else who’s ever been blindsided by someone they trusted.
