Hello there, My name is Mary L. and I am starting this GoFundMe to raise funds to hire a legal counsel to represent me in a final court proceeding for a Family Law Matter against a pathological liar, and a deadbeat pastor/parent over underpaid child support arrears and section 7 expenses in the last 8 years.

I just found out that this deadbeat fraud turned mOg has been working in a permanent fulltime job and earning over 6 figures plus the self-employment income claimed but has been declaring minimum income.

Our child needs urgent orthodontic treatment of $6,500, my work insurance only covers $3,000 of this dental cost. Now I have to cover the balance out of pocket and also pay for the initial lawyer's retainer fee of $5,500 and not including 1 hour consultation fee of $325 plus HST.

I have been self-representing myself on this case while the said pastor preferred to hire and pay two lawyers to escape paying actual child support amount and special expenses despite declaring minimum income while they recently bought a new home worth over $900k. The justice system has failed me and my child since I am not a trained lawyer to properly defend my case due to the emotional connection to the issue despite some of the evidences provided.

As an unrepresented individual, all privileges are mostly given to those who are represented by their counsel. They are prioritized more and given listening ears even to the several lies presented under oath by the deadbeat/absentee parent and their counsel.
