Hi, our names are Lynn and Tuan, and this is our story.

We both come from broken backgrounds, where stability, opportunity, and financial support were not always available to us. What we did have, however, was a deep belief in hard work, resilience, and the idea that food can bring people together in powerful ways.

We are two devoted, hardworking individuals who are not afraid of long hours, early mornings, or sacrifice. Everything we have learned has come from experience, persistence, and showing up every single day — even when things were difficult.

We are now working towards opening a family-run Vietnamese baguette shop, built on honest food, wholesome ingredients, and care for our community. This is not backed by investors or large lenders — we have no financial backing, only our own effort, savings, and belief in what we are trying to create.

Our vision goes beyond selling food.

We want to build a space that encourages healthier eating, where meals are nourishing, affordable, and made with intention. A place where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected — whether they are grabbing a quick meal or sharing time with loved ones.

Food has always been a way to heal, connect, and care for others. Through this small business, we hope to bring people together, nourish both body and mind, and create a positive impact that reaches further than our shop doors.
