I'm not a runner, or at least, I wasn’t.
But this year, I’m taking on two big challenges: the Cardiff 10K in September and the Cardiff Half Marathon in October.
It’s a massive step (or several thousand) outside my comfort zone, but I’m doing it to push myself and raise money for a cause that means a lot to me.
I’m running in honour of two special people - my Grandpa Keith and my Uncle Alan, and raising funds for Forget-me-not Chorus — a charity that’s far more than just a job to me.
Yes. I feel awkward asking, but if you can donate the cost of a double espresso to Forget-me-not Chorus, you’d be helping an incredible charity, and inspiring me through every kilometre!
Will I be a runner at the end of it all?
I'll keep you posted.
Thank you | diolch ffrindiau
