Power Your Flow is a youth-led initiative started by five passionate high schoolers — Sanjana Anumukonda, Churnika Gudla Venkata Siva, Nidhi Kulkarni, Poojitha Palaniswamy, and Aashritha Cherukuru — who came together with one common mission: to combat period poverty and empower menstruators everywhere to flow with dignity, not shame.

We believe access to menstrual products is a right, not a privilege. Yet, millions around the world still face barriers when it comes to basic period care. Through education, advocacy, and direct action, Power Your Flow works to provide menstrual products to underserved communities while breaking the stigma around menstruation.

Distribute free period products to shelters, schools, and local communities in need

Host educational workshops on menstrual health and hygiene

Fund awareness campaigns that uplift the voices of menstruators everywhere
