Power of the Pit

Balance 180’s journey continues to unfold and we are ready to dive into the next exciting phase in our history. Your support last year helped us purchase the facility we have cherished for 11 years, and now get to call our forever home. This year, we are calling upon the strength of our incredible community to jump feet first with us as we unleash the Power of the Pit!

We humbly ask for your help to make our dream of building a foam pit a reality. This pit will be revolutionary, supporting all our athletes, ages 3 and up, across every program we offer. A pit is for more than just jumping into; it is about creating a space for sensory enrichment, boosting confidence, advancing skills, and creating smiles a mile wide.

Our mission at Balance 180 continues to bring gymnastics to all children, regardless of ability or background. We aim to create an environment where gymnastics becomes a vehicle for building confidence and determination. The support from our incredible families, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and the community has brought us to this point. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has helped us along the way, and for the opportunity to have served over 6,000 children over the years.

As we prepare for this next step of building out a pit into an area that will become additional training space for our athletes, we feel honored to expand our ability to provide more opportunities and support for children in Alachua County and surrounding areas. This is a big undertaking, and we turn to you with a heartfelt request for your generosity.
