Strategy

*1st. End Poverty to 100 Home'sTransformation Strategy Program.*

Objectives.

1 To build a corporate, welfare and able community that can determine better standards of living.

2 To teach, train and engage community members in health Empowerment gaps leveling up to a new pool of better sources of incomes

3 To equip the community with skills and knowledge of life which will give them collective bargaining power over the demands of life.

4. To have resilient and encouraged

aged farmers involve in crop development, multiplication, and diversification to fight poverty and hunger.

GOAL.

To attain a healthy and Collaborative community with enough food package and with a diversified economy.

MISSION.

To engage all stake holders create a better working group of people who evenly contribute to the growth and development of their families and society.

EXPLANATION ROUTE

Hunger and Poverty Prevention within 100 Homes in the area of indentification

Sensitization, Mobilization, and registration of 100 homes as the first beneficiary is very key and it is seen as a good starter the main homes under our target. Considerably the route for the efforts to remove sufferings and luck of main essential need shall indeed be in line with paradigm shift where " End Poverty in 100 Homes First Transformational Strategy:" will only cater cover a very specific home of Mother, Father and Children each of them getting involved in capacity building / Empowerment in role and identification of a smart future today.

Period and Variable performance in the first run of the projects and program. This interprets time bound and results the projects identified within our objectives, Mission and Vision.

Basic Poverty Challenge and

Strategic Road Map into the projects a family undertakes. All homes in the run shall maximumly show a high degree of interest in positive change towards embracing a function systems in home with Poverty and Hunger reduced at 0% balance.

Home Based work for home Growth and Development,

Home growth with accountability and Transperancy mission is also geared without limited efforts in our context to have a free stable families alined with Social Responsibility of all individuals in homes identified at Road Map Chart

Reliable Partnerships in the implementation of the first 100 home's projects in ending poverty is very essential because we benefit a lot at Funding, Empowerment Level, Evaluation and Community Strengthening factor in all aspects.

Fighting Poverty, Hunger, Laziness and Wastage of time as a unique resource.

Periodic Plans and Exhibitions to be our Focus and taught to the beneficiaries.

Effective contributions of other Development Organizations in the areas where the projects are being implemented shall be a core goal.

Involvement of all home stakeholders, village leaders and Government Leaders.

Teaming approach to sensitive and potential village teams in actualising favorable and sounding activities.

Deal with 100 homes 1st on Households income targeting Home Based Labour Approach while focusing on manipulating Generational Development in our Region. The Project will work in most Sub-Counties in Kanungu District if resources allow remembering to under take 100Homes Strategy each area of Consideration at start.

The Projects may be a life project for such homes in terms of Sustainability but it is described here that Funding from outside a home will Phase automatically at 2-4years in the bound agreement made between the implemention Team.

√ Identification of vulnerable homes at the first point of Poverty attack.

√ Selection, Planning and Management.

√ Registration for the actual beneficiaries and activities advanced for fully operational.

√ Identification of operational sectors such as Skills, Animal keeping, Crop Husbandry, Poultry business, Apiary/ Bee Keeping, Life skills.
