I’m a father fighting for the love of my son, Saùl.
Help me so that justice doesn’t tear his heart in two; so he can keep growing up with both his dad and his mom.
Every donation, big or small, will help cover legal costs to defend my right to be present in his life.

Hello,
My name is Sam.
I’m writing these words because a father is fighting not to disappear from his child’s life.

My son is 5 years old, his name is Saùl (pronounced like “Soul” music!).
He is my light, my breath, my laughter. Since the day he was born, I have never failed in my responsibilities. I raise him with love, patience, and respect, trying to build a world for him made of tenderness, trust, and the kind of magic that makes childhood so precious.
We hunt for pirate treasures, play football, swim, fish, do his holiday exercises together, cook, and I tell him his favorite stories before he falls asleep.

But today, I’m facing a battle: the one to remain present in his life.

His mother is seeking full custody, leaving me only two weekends a month and a child support payment.
That means instead of spending half of his time with me, I would only see him six days a month.
Six days... for a father and son who love each other deeply, it’s heartbreaking.

The reasons given are unfair, even absurd.
It’s more about ego conflict than genuine concern for our child’s well-being.
She speaks of “emotional distress,” yet I see him laughing, smiling, finding peace again.
This weekend he looked at me and said, “Life is beautiful, Daddy.”
How could I not fight to protect that smile?

I’ve always fulfilled my duties financially, emotionally, and morally.
But today, legal fees are beyond my means.
That’s why I’m reaching out to you, with the humility of a father who loves his child more than anything.

Funds will be transferred to a trusted friend’s account in France to allow international donations (since GoFundMe doesn’t operate in Mauritius).
Every contribution will go toward the legal costs needed to defend my right to remain a father to Saùl.

Behind every donation, big or small, lies an act of love a helping hand so my son can keep growing up with his dad.
And so that I, too, can keep growing with him.

Your support, whatever the amount, will help defend something simple and universal: a little boy’s right to grow up with both his dad and his mom.

To those who know me, to all parents who understand what it means to love unconditionally, to all who believe in the justice of the heart — please, help me remain the father he deserves.

With all my heart, thank you for your help.
Sam

̧:

Sam
